Parenting is hard, Co-parenting is even harder. You don’t have to do it alone
Quality co-parenting builds stability, reduces conflict, and promotes healthier relationships, giving children the best chance to thrive after separation or divorce.
About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas with a passion for helping children, adolescents, and families navigate life’s challenges and build stronger, healthier connections. My work is grounded in both traditional counseling practices and experiential approaches, with a specialization in equine-assisted psychotherapy, trauma-informed care, and internal family systems therapy. My goal as a professional is to serve as a resource for families in transition
As a Parenting Coordinator and Parenting Facilitator, I support families experiencing high conflict. In these roles, I help parents improve communication, navigate co-parenting challenges, and stay focused on the best interests of their children. Additionally, I provide parent coaching for families seeking structured support outside of the legal system.
Finally, I offer mediation services for families who would like to settle family court matters outside of the courtroom. Mediation allows families to make decisions for themselves about what works best for their unique family.
In my personal life I have the role of parent, step-parent, co-parent, and foster parent. My experience allows me to truly understand the complexity and emotional magnitude each of these titles.
What drives my work is a commitment to creating safe, supportive spaces where individuals and families can grow, heal, and reconnect. Whether I am in the counseling room, mediating a family agreement, in the arena alongside horses, or guiding parents toward healthier dynamics, I strive to bring warmth, professionalism, and practical tools for long-term success.
